“It’s really interesting to hear these songs without vocals. In shifting the focus, the listener’s attention may now be drawn to some of the nuances happening underneath the surface. For instance, there’s a beautiful guitar part that Byan plays under the main vocal in the chorus of “Savage Creatures” that highlights some of the odder harmonies, and it’s awesome to hear that shine on its own. At the very least, this is a cool bonus to the official album, and we hope people will connect on a new level with the melodies and layers throughout the music.”
